Our History
Orlando Community Baptist Church
A time of celebration! In 1968, our Lord and Savior gave our very own the Late Reverend Dr. Henry McKinnon a vision. This vision was to go forth and build the Orlando Community Baptist Church. Reverend McKinnon or “Dad” as he was affectionately called obeyed the voice of the Lord and pursued that vision and because of his obedience; today we have a loving church family and a beautiful sanctuary where we can come to worship, fellowship and offer up praises to our God. On November 12, 2006 God dispatched his angel to receive Reverend McKinnon in Heaven. On April 12, 2008, Reverend Alfred J. Moore was installed as pastor and we are moving forward by the Power of God.
